MLK Day of Service 2026 - Older Adult Lunch at our Bronx Center
If you are experiencing technical issues signing up for MLK Day events that still have slots open, please go ahead and show up at those sites. Our staff can complete your registration when you arrive.
Overview:
Join us on Monday, January 19th, for a Day of Service by honoring the memory of Martin Luther King Jr. Volunteers will share their time helping provide a heart-healthy lunch and a friendly environment for our senior members. Help set up tables, plate meals, and hand them out. Join in friendly conversation and laughs.
Date and Time: Monday, January 19th, 12noon-12:45pm
Minimum Age To Volunteer: 14+ years and up
*PLEASE NOTE: Children under 14 must always be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the event.
Children under 6 years old are not eligible for this event.
